Aligned Agent

This Coaching Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kelly Parker Home Collective, LTD, DBA Aligned Ambition ("Coach") and the individual signing below ("Client").

1. Scope of Services

Coach agrees to provide the following services ("Services"):

Group Coaching:

Three (3) group coaching calls per month via Zoom for the duration of the coaching container period.

• Calls will be recorded, and recordings will be made available to Client for personal use.

Access to Trainings:

Client will be granted access to the trainings, presentations, frameworks, and associated materials shared by Coach during the coaching container period.

• Access to recordings and related materials will remain for the duration of the coaching container period.
• Access is limited to Client and may not be shared with outside parties or team members not covered under this agreement.

Community:

Client will have access to the private Aligned Agent Telegram community for the duration of the coaching container period.

• Telegram is a shared space for members. Coach participates at her discretion. It is not a private coaching channel and does not carry a guaranteed response time.

2. Term

This Agreement becomes effective upon the date of signing; however, the coaching term ("Start Date") will begin on the date of the first group coaching call Client is enrolled to attend and continue through the end of that session (the "coaching container period"). The length of the session and the call schedule are communicated to Client at enrollment.

• If Client began attending calls, accessing materials, or participating in the Telegram community prior to signing, all terms of this Agreement apply to that earlier participation.
• Group call recordings will remain accessible to Client for six (6) months following the end of the coaching container period.
• Telegram access ends at the close of the coaching container period.

3. Payment

The container fee and payment schedule are those presented to Client at checkout, and are incorporated into this Agreement. All payments are non-refundable.

If paying in installments, Client authorizes Coach to automatically charge the original payment method on file for each scheduled payment on its due date. If a payment fails, Client remains responsible for the full balance, and access to calls, trainings, and the Telegram community may be suspended until the account is current.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Participate fully in calls and implement strategies discussed.
• Understand that results depend on their own effort, focus, and follow-through.
• Hold in confidence anything shared by another member, as described in Section 6.

5. Attendance & Cancellation

Group calls are held on a set schedule and are not rescheduled for individual conflicts. Missed calls are not credited, refunded, or made up privately. Recordings are made available so that Client can catch up.

Client may not cancel or withdraw during the coaching container period. Scheduled payments continue as agreed, and no refunds or credits are issued for unused calls or unused access.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and personal information shared during coaching strictly confidential, except as required by law.

What is shared in this room stays in this room. Client agrees not to disclose, repeat, or share any personal or business information disclosed by another member, whether on a call, in the Telegram community, or in private conversation between members. This section survives the end of the coaching container period.

7. No Guarantees

Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and does not substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.

Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on participation and implementation, and lack of desired results is not grounds for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Coach, including buying and listing processes, presentations, frameworks, methods, scripts, templates, recordings, worksheets, and training materials, is the sole property of Kelly Parker Home Collective, LTD, DBA Aligned Ambition and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• License: Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal business use.
• Restrictions: Client may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials outside of their own business, and may not teach, coach, or train from the materials as part of any coaching, mentorship, or training offer, paid or unpaid.
• Sharing: Materials, recordings, trainings, and community access may not be shared with any person who is not an enrolled member, including Client's team members, assistants, and staff, unless otherwise specified by Coach in writing.
• Recordings: Group call recordings are for Client's personal use only and are available through the access period specified in Section 2.

This section survives the end of the coaching container period.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

Educational Purpose Only: Services are for educational and informational purposes only.

Assumption of Risk: Client accepts full responsibility for decisions and actions taken before, during, and after participation.

Limitation of Liability: Coach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coach from any claims or expenses arising out of use of the Services.

10. Independent Contractor

Coach is an independent service provider and not an employee, partner, or agent of Client.

11. Compliance

Client is solely responsible for compliance with all licensing, brokerage, fair housing, and advertising requirements that apply to their business.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, proposals, or communications. It may be amended only in writing signed by both parties.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

14. Electronic Signature

Client agrees that typing their full legal name below constitutes a legally binding signature, and that this Agreement may be executed and delivered electronically.
